This beautiful home is situated in a nice estate overlooking the hinterland trees and paddocks in Nambour Heights area. It’s nicely elevated so wonderful to sit and relax in the mornings and afternoons.

If you need transport there is a local bus up the road which can get you into town and then there are plenty of means of transport- train, taxi, buses to all over the coast.

Our local shops are close, a cinema, local cafes and entry to the highway is nearby for great access to anywhere. There are also some great churches and sports centres in the area. Furthermore, being apart of the hinterland it’s super easy to drive up to Montville and Maleny for those hiking and quaint town lovers. The neighbourhood itself also has some great walking opportunities for those who love a brisk walk in the morning or afternoons.

The area is just lovely.

Inside you will find a large open plan living layout and the kitchen is very spacious and has everything you need to create your special meals or prep cook.

You will also have your own fridge and food storage, so everything will be privately yours.

I have also allowed the whole front space to be utilised for your own private space and moments, I believe this is the best part of the whole house and it’s very tranquil when setup right.

You also have access to a lovely front area of the house, which is absolutely stunning in the afternoon, sunsets here are just so beautiful.
