This bright and spacious 18 sqm room is located in a peaceful, welcoming community estate in Noosa Heads, offering the ideal space for a single person looking for comfort, privacy, and convenience.

We’re looking for someone who values their independence! The room is equipped with essential kitchen amenities and offers access to a full-size kitchen at the recreation club. Please note, there are no laundry facilities in the room or at the club. However, if you'd like the convenience of a home laundry and kitchen, you’re welcome to use ours for an extra $50 per week. We just ask for a little consideration with timing to help with our family routine.

Please note there’s no car space available, but we provide a bicycle for easy transport. If you have an e-bike or scooter, that would be a great way to get around town.

To secure the room, we require a two-week deposit and two weeks' rent in advance. No holds without payment.
