The house is occupied by the owner. A 58 year old single man, who enjoys a quiet and peaceful life. The owner enjoys a chat but also values privacy and respects the privacy of others
Compatible people
The successful tennant must be female who is neat and tidy and clean. The successful tennant will be expected to do their share of housework including vacuuming and mopping comon areas. It is the responsibillity of the successful tennant to keep their room, bathroom and toilet clean at all times. The successful tennant ideally would be a mature female who is working or semi retired. This is not a party house however the owner enjoys a drink from time to time. Prospective tennants with mental health and or addiction issues need not apply. Please be advised that the owner is renting one room out for one person. Partners, friends and children are welcome to visist but are not permitted to stay overnight. This is a very peaceful home and the owner is respectful and expects this in return.
