💕One beautiful bedroom in an amazing fully furnished home with 180 degree ocean views at Peregian Beach. 🏡
📆 Avaialble Sunday February 8th to Sunday June 7th with possibility of extension if the arrangement works well for both parties. We have shared our home with many amazing people from Australia and all over the world.
🛀 Own private bathroom including bath and shower, toilet and vanity.
🧑🍳 Large modern kitchen with all the pots, pans and equipment you’ll need to prepare your own meals. Dishwasher, oven, large fridge and loads of bench space. Pantry already stocked with condiments, herbs, spices, oils etc.
😀 Spacious living/dining area with bulk door/windows that open up completely to the deck. Enjoy the glorious sea breeze and sounds of the ocean.
🐬🏄♀️ Huge deck overlooking the ocean to watch the surfers or wildlife, relax and read a book on the sofa, use the bbq or eat/drink at the outdoor table. You’ll spot whales from the deck at this time of the year. 🐳
🧺 Laundry including front load washing machine, dryer, outdoor line and drying rack.
🏖️ 3 minute walk to North Peregian Beach.
🚌 3 minute walk to bustop (route 620) - heads North to Noosa/South to Coolum, Yaroomba etc.
🚶♂️ 15 minute walk to Peregian Beach village.
🚗 10 minute drive to Noosa.
🏡 Quiet, peaceful, harmonious, respectful, healthy, clean and tidy household. Early to rise, early to bed environment which suits daytime workers that seek a calm, relaxing, stress free, and safe space to live and enjoy.

💰 All bills included. Nothing more to pay. All linen provided and all set up including sheets, pillows, doonas, towels etc. Cleaner once a fortnight. You’ll seriously feel like you’re in a 5 star hotel … with lots more space!
💵 $650/$500 hold deposit which converts to bond on arrival. Bond returned at end of stay with no damage. Government ID required before arrival (passport/licence). I’ll share mine.

😀 We are easy going, friendly, quiet, considerate, respectful, organised, clean and tidy people and seek these qualities in flatmates.
🌅 Early rise (sunrise from the deck or beach is a must) and early to bed kind of people.
😀 All applicants will be considered, but we will be very fussy to who we will allow into our home. Please introduce yourself/yourselves thoroughly in your first message contact.
