Only 6 mins drive to beautiful Peregian or Coolum beaches (or a lovely bike ride). Coles, pharmacy, restaurants etc only a stroll away. There’s a nice little backyard and very cute little doggy. One of my kids is now a young adult, the other is 11 years old and is with me only half the time.
