New unit in Perigean Springs directly across from one of the best gyms on the coast. I am on a 7/7 roster so only home 6 months of the year also I travel alot so this is realistically 5 months. Very bright interior modern split level complete with a sauna and cold plunge if your into that sort of thing. I have a 17 year old boy who may be here on average 4 days a month only when I am home. So majority of the time the place is empty. Duct aircon in all rooms. The bathroom down stairs is specific use for whoever takes the room.

I work FIFO on a 7/7 roster, so the house is empty every second week. I’m tidy, easy to live with, and I do my socialising elsewhere.
