Welcome to our lovely home in Sunrise Beach a bright, relaxed space with a true coastal vibe, just a short walk from the ocean. The house is open, airy, and surrounded by greenery, offering a perfect balance between peaceful living and a social atmosphere.

You’ll be renting a comfortable private room in a friendly home, with access to a fully equipped kitchen, pool area, and a leafy outdoor deck where we love to host BBQs or unwind in the afternoons.

The room comes with its own bathroom and toilet, which is yours to use. Only occasionally, if we have guests staying over, it may be shared, otherwise, it’s exclusively yours. In addition, you’ll have your own separate living space, giving you a setup that feels more like a one-bedroom apartment within the house, offering both privacy and comfort.

The house includes all the essentials: air conditioning, modern features, and an easygoing, respectful vibe. You’ll be living with us. A fun, laid-back couple and our friendly dog, who’s full of Scooby-Doo energy and always happy to say hi.
