This bedroom is located at the front of the house with its own private entry via french doors, with an outdoor uncovered sitting area. The room is large enough, it has a queen size bed and two bedside tables, a standing wardrobe, a tallboy drawers, and an ensuite. The other bedrooms are located at the back of the house.

Your rent includes use of lounge & dining furniture, TV, kitchen appliances, utensils, etc, microwave, washing machine, fridge, and outdoor furniture. As well as the furniture in the bedroom itself. You will have exclusive use of the lounge and TV as I don't use this space. You will be sharing with 1 other person, myself, and that is why the rent is more expensive than other sharehouse arrangements as the rent is shared between the two of us, not a whole heap of flatmates.

Gaia is a 4-year-old short-haired border collie cross. She is generally calm and relaxed; however, she loves people and gets excited about new people who come into her life. She honestly thinks everyone is her friend, and will try her hardest to be your best buddy. She is well-trained and obedient, and once you set your boundaries, she will respect them. It is important to be strict and give her tough love so she doesn't take advantage.
