Currently looking for someone for one room upstairs. This is a 2 floor (timber floor throughout) House with living area and Kitchen downstairs and 4 rooms upstairs. The house is 15-year-old built but maintained beautifully with new paint and with all new furniture. The house has a decent size backyard with sofa and swing.
Preference: female between age 20 to 50.
