Our place is located in a beautiful central location in Alexandria!
The room comes fully furnished, the kitchen fully loaded and has all essentials needed to have yourselves a feast !
We are surrounded by many cafes, local eateries/restaurants and of course a 3 min walk to Sydney Park ( to stare at all the doggies!)
For groceries, it is a huge 3 min walk to the nearest Woolworths, or a 10 min walk to another one with Dan Murphy's attached to it!
For trains, we are a 10 min walk to either St Peters or Erskineville stations. We are also a 3 min walk to the 308 / 370 bus stops to bring you to Newtown in about 5-10 min!

You will be sharing the flat with 39 years old Matt (originally from the UK), a very active science teacher who enjoys a loooottt of outdoor activities like surfing, running, Aussie tag, rugby, mountain biking and of course the daily gym sessions.
