Description of the home
We are near so many parks, cafes and restaurants around the area, we really are spoiled for choice. The main townhouse has spacious communal area equipt with modern kitchen and open plan living, plus internal Laundry with washer and heat pump dryer.
Its a 5 minute walk to Erskineville Station and Newtown is a few minutes more along Erskinville road.
The home is Plant filled, quiet and very peaceful . Our cats ( 3 of them) and us are looking forward to sharing the space with good souls.
I (Daniel) have lived in Alexandria / Waterloo since I went to Uni and just love how the area has grown. And my Partner ( Catalina) has also lived in the Area for over 12 years now. We are 43 and 42 and we live here with two teenage kids ( 18 & 17)
We look forward to showing you around this beautiful place.
A little about myself. I'm self employed and work in my office most days so there will be regular time where you have the place to yourself. My Partner works full time as well.
There is a really nice courtyard that opens up from the Living space and will be great to have a few BBQ's

Most weekends I'll be out and about trying to find a market to go to or some plants for the courtyard. We do enjoying cooking a few night of the week and can happily include you for dinner. I do enjoy a chat about most anythings and am pretty easy going. We like riding our bikes around the area.
