Queen size bedroom available In our spacious two-storey 3 bedroom terrace with a decent sized backyard, separate tv room, a large open kitchen and dining are and three bathrooms. You can choose to share the upstairs bathroom or claim the downstairs one as yours.
We’re in a great spot — just a 5-minute walk to the Waterloo Metro, close to The Alex and The Raglan for a social drink, a 10-minute walk to Redfern Station, and about 20–30 minutes on foot to Newtown.
Parking: you can apply for a parking permit if you have a nsw number plate. There are also some free spots around.
Bills aren't included in the rent but are pretty reasonable and are paid quarterly.
Bond is $1520
Rent is paid at the end of each fortnight.

We’re a social household (but not a party house!)
Tom’s got a pretty active lifestyle and is into all things sport — while Jen is pretty social and heads to the gym most days of the week.
We're looking for a friendly, respectful, and easy going person in their late 20's to early 40’s who is keen to be part of a comfortable, welcoming space. - No smokers, pets or couples please.
We’re not a party house but we do like hanging out together and having mates over from time to time.
