Renovated clean house in central location (right near Redfern and Waterloo train stations). Fully furnished home with a happy group of friends!
Our home is peaceful and beautiful and has a really nice community feel. We share what we can, cook together when we have time, but also have our own lives and passions that we follow.
We all have our own bathrooms and spaces in the house. The lounge room and kitchen area is where we congregate. It has large sofas, a movie projector and a fully stocked kitchen (2 chefs in the house).
Your room is at the front of the house, with your own bathroom down the hall. It’s a smaller sized room but it has lots of space for storage and can come with a bed, wardrobe furniture and a soft carpet. These can be removed if not needed.
As stated above we are right near Redfern station (10 min walk) and Waterloo metro (6 min walk) so getting around is easy and you can also get a car parking permit should you require it for street parking. We have cafes, restaurants and 3 IGAs nearby and a few gyms as well.

Nick - Marketing, 🏳️🌈, loves to cook, plays lots of sport, creative.
Ben - General manager, enjoys whiskey, movies, running, quiet afternoons.
Michela - Artist/painter, yoga, reading, and cooks delicious meals.
Ben and Michela are a couple living in one room. Nick is single living in another room. Our rooms are upstairs and your room would be downstairs.
We have dinner together sometimes, love to keen the house tidy and organised. Movie nights happen sometimes, but overall it’s a pretty quiet household. Nick is often out and about and Ben/Michela enjoy beach time and relaxing on the weekend.
If you cook you will fit right in as we all love to cook and have a meal together every now and then.
We are not a party house but love small friend gatherings and social nights.
