Description of the home
We are situated on level 3 and 4 of a secure block with an underground car park and storage. We have 5 balconies (!!!) with stunning views of the city, and the south. Each room has its own balcony attached, we have an entertaining balcony and a spare balcony that’s not currently being utilized due to recent re-tiling. We’re across from Woollies and Dan’s, the 370 leaves from our doorstep, and we’re a short 15 min walk to redfern station and the metro. We’re social people but this is not a party house.

💁🏼♀️Jess: 38f, love live music, the heavier the better. I work full time in the city, with the occasional work from home day. I love to cook although have been a bit slack of late; we’re coming into cooler weather though so I’ll be introducing slow cook Sundays again! I’m social, and can generally be found bouncing around newtown with friends or at a live show.
🙋🏼♀️Lynne: 53f. Lynne is the resident music aficionado! Anything from the 60’s to now, she’s al over it! Lynne works in retail and has every second Tuesday and Thursday off. Always down for a chat and a vodka! She can usually be found kicking around Newtown with me 😆
Ideally we would love another female identifying person but open to anyone with the right vibe
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any more pets and it would be a bit too cramped bathroom wise for a couple.
