Looking for a chill and tidy housemate to join me in a spacious 135sqm 2 bedroom Annandale apartment. Master bedroom available with built ins, ensuite and private entry.
Place has internal laundry, aircon and dishwasher. Big balcony and private terrace
I'm a 30 year old Chippy and I work pretty big hours. On the weekend you can find me at the beach or in the pub watching the Tigers lose. My girlfriend will also be around some nights she works in finance at Lion so usually there is spare beer/ seltzer lying around.
I've got most the furniture for the shared space. Your room is unfurnished.
Rents 450 a week plus bills. 580 for couples prefer someone staying at least 6 months.
