Renovated split level apartment in a small peaceful complex located only a stones throw from Booth St. It's a well maintained complex, nice court yard, 2 balconies - one off the master bedroom and the other off the living area. Polished timber floors, tiled bathrooms and carpeted bedrooms.

Recently painted kitchen. Fully furnished except for 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom has an ensuite and small walk in closet. Great location, only occasional noise would be the planes but it won't be an issue. Can't get Foxtel in this building unfortunately, I also don't have the internet (I run off my mobile), but your call if you want it.

Bills and expenses

I've been renting this place by myself for 6 weeks. I am yet to see the electricity and gas bill but I can't see it being much. It's direct debited from my account so we would just split.
