I’m a 30 year old female and I work in insurance. I’ve got chilled vibes, love a beer and socialising with friends. Looking for someone similar who appreciates personal space but also keen to hangout.
Located in Arncliffe - close to the station, airport and Newtown.
Single bedroom available with built in wardrobes. Shared bathroom and external laundry. House is fully furnished, although the room is unfurnished (there is a double bed available if needed).
One level, 2 bedroom villa with front and back courtyards. There is a small third bedroom and tiny garage. The garage is set-up as a game room, however the third bedroom is unused spare space.
House is kept clean, plenty of on street parking.
$225 per week - Single private room for rent (unfurnished - double bed available if needed)
Internet & water included
Electricity shared ($30 per fortnight)
2 weeks bond required
Not looking for short term stays.
