Renting out a studio and a large room

Large private room, measuring 5.3 x 3.5m, shared bathroom, fully furnished with queen bed and mattresses with pillow and quilt. Built in wardrobes, table, and chair. Two single beds can be installed to replace the queen bed.

The studio is a standalone building containing a bedroom and a bathroom, fully furnished with queen bed and mattresses with pillow and quilt. It comes with big wardrobe, refrigerator, drawer, table and chair. Two single beds can be installed to replace the queen bed. Outside kitchen with sink.

You can lock your room for privacy and peace of mind. The windows comes with safety bar and fly screen.

A big park with water view nearby, good place to relax or jogging. Woolies and Aldi are within 10 minutes walking, as well as lots of specialty stores there. Dominos pizza is 500m away. Wolli Creek Train Station is the closest station, Arncliffe station is about the same distance. Lots more food in the airport

Lots of people are walking towards the airport from this area. Even though it is close to the airport, you will not hear the planes as it is not in the flight path. Good for students, those who work in the airport or drive Uber/Didi, you can rest while you wait for international passenger to use your service.

If you are a student or someone who works in the city,
UTS (University Technology Sydney)/USyd (University Sydney) or Sydney CBD/Central Station by bus route 422 is about 45 mins via Newtown.
You can go to Mascot/International/Domestic terminal using bus route 420
Bus 348 goes to Randwick via St Peters station, Alexandria, Green Square Station, Zetland, and Kensington

Deposit of 3 weeks rent
3 months minimum stay (short term/less than 3 months at 1.5x the rate and 1.5x deposit)

ONGOING rent payment is 2 weeks in advance
All payment must be completed BEFORE moving in
