Apartment has been newly refurbished and is quietly located on the 2nd floor. Includes a large balcony, bright living space with separate dining area and internal laundry. Plenty of safe side-street parking available and storage space. No pets please.

Your room is your own, but you will assist with keeping common areas clean and tidy. Ideally, we would work together most weekends to give the place a once over.
