Description of the home

We live in a 2-storey townhouse, with 2 bed and 2 bath, small courtyard with clothesline. Our place is fully furnished, including the spare bedroom for rent which has a queen bed and TV cabinet (these items can be removed if you are bringing your own furniture), as well as a built-in wardrobe. Generally you will have the main bathroom all to yourself, as we have an ensuite, although the main bathroom is also the guest bathroom.

10 minute walk to train station and shops/cafes/restaurants, 15 minute train into city. Quick drive/train to Chatswood restaurants and Westfield.
Our place is in a nice quiet area of Artarmon, and we have plenty of street parking available.

Bills and expenses

Electricity and water is billed quarterly, and split evenly between everyone. We have to pay a water bill because we are in a townhouse :(

About the occupants
Hi, we are a couple, aged 31 (Ash, professional) and 32 (Carl, tradesman). We work typical hours for our professions (eg., 9-5 for the professional, 7-3 for the tradie). We tend to stay home during the week and cook dinner with a glass of wine, and we like to socialise on the weekends with friends.
We're both active, love going to the beach, and walking our dog. We are friendly, outgoing people, and our dog is also very friendly, super cute (yes we're biased) and loves to play.
We are pretty diligent with keeping the house clean and tidy (we have to be with a dog), and would like someone with the same attitude. We don't expect you to clean up after the dog or anything like that, we are just after someone who cleans up after themselves and respects the shared living spaces.
