Looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to join my welcoming home.

This is a spacious, light-filled house with a relaxed and easygoing atmosphere. The home has generous living areas, a comfortable lounge perfect for winding down, and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and bench space.

There’s a sunny outdoor area that’s great for morning coffee or a quiet read.

The available bedroom is a good size with natural light with a queen bed, side tables, lamp (or can be taken out)
The house is kept clean and tidy, and we share responsibilities respectfully.

The vibe here is calm, mature, and friendly — a place where everyone enjoys their own space but is also happy to have a chat or an occasional meal together
t’s not a party house, but friends over or bbq is welcomed

Ideally, I am looking for someone who is:
Reliable with rent and bills
Clean and respectful of shared spaces
Considerate and easy to communicate with
Working or studying full-time

Have a lease to July and was told last year the owner wanted to move back in at end lease but not sure if this will change
