Description of the home

My freshly painted 2 bedroom flat is lovely and big with two large balconies. It's right by Ashfield Park and from the front door to Ashfield Station is a 12 minute walk. Haberfield and its lovely cafe vibe is about the same distance as well. The flat has a washer, dryer and dishwasher and downstairs there is a gym and some lovely outdoor areas for chilling in the sun. It is pretty close to Parramatta Road, but despite this, it is peaceful and quiet. And I never hear the neighbours.

Bills and expenses

We'll split the bills down the middle - Internet is 30/month each, and I don't know what gas and electric are yet because I've only just bought it and moved in. I'm open to having a cleaner twice a month as well but happy to discuss this.

About the occupants
I'm a documentary director, making films for ABC and SBS so (in non Covid times) I am out at work every day and occasionally travelling to shoot. I'm also a runner so am out on weekends running and adventuring on trails with friends. At the moment, during Covid, I am working from home and occasionally out shooting (all within Covid rules). In the evenings I am generally out for a run or a walk with someone to save my sanity!
I would love to live with someone who has kindness and openness as values. The rest we can work out!
