Home Description
Description of the home
The apartment is a two-bed, with a comfortable living/dining space, cosy kitchen (with lots of storage), laundry room and renovated bathroom.
It’s technically ground floor for the main bedroom (yours) and the living room, but due to the car park out the back sloping down, the back bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/laundry are on the 1st floor.
There is an uncovered car space outside for the unit which will be vacant for your use if you have a car.
The room can come with or without a bed but I would appreciate notice if you’re bringing your own furniture so I have time to sell the current bed on.
I’ve come to love this place, and hope to find someone that will do so too! Happy to answer any questions for things not listed here :)

My hobbies include hiking/camping and beaching all year round, getting to the gym, wildlife photography, going out for a dinner/drink or many drinks, or just staying home with Radish to relax/game.
I work long days Monday to Thursday so you will have the place to yourself all day until around 8:30pm on these days, unless the cat is home too haha
I’m relatively easy going but appreciate cleanliness/tidiness and believe that home is my sanctuary amongst my chaotic life so would love to find a match to fit into the place 🙂↕️
Finally, must be queer-friendly and have good values 🏳️🌈
but is still coming to work with me 1-2 times a week. I plan to bring him less as he gets older so I would appreciate someone to kindly feed him his dinner around 5/6pm when I’m not there (I work long days and generally not home until 7:30-8:30pm)
