Home Description

Description of the home

My home is a cozy, bright and clean art-deco apartment that is just a 12 min walk from Ashfield train station, a 5 minute walk to Ashfield Mall and a 3 minute walk to Pratten Park.

The other 3 neighbours in this building are very friendly. There is a big shared grassy backyard for you to enjoy plus a washing machine and washing line for you to use.

Ashfield Mall is excellent as it has Woolworths, Coles and ALDI, as well as Kmart and a library and post office. Almost everything you could need!

About occupants
Hi there! My name is Mardi and I am a retired high school teacher. I was born and raised here in Sydney and now live in my lovely apartment in Ashfield with my cat Lollipop. I love reading, arts and culture and going for walks around the area and visiting friends.
Compatible people
I am looking for someone to take the spare bedroom in my apartment and to share this space with me. You must like cats and be independent, respectful and kind. Ideally looking for a student and/or someone working. I cannot accept anyone who works late night shifts where you get home after midnight however, apologies.
Description of pets
I have my one cat, Lollipop. She is a very chill, affectionate and funny little Burmese cat who will get to know and love you pretty soon! She loves pats and sleeping in the sun
