The room available is the one shown in the photos. I'll be removing my clothes from the wardrobe, so you'll have plenty of storage space. The only thing that won't be included is the bedding, as I'll be taking that with me, so you'll just need to bring your own sheets, pillows, and blankets. Everything else in the room will remain. Additionally, the room has its own lock and key to keep things private.
You'll also have access to a large bathroom, which is shared with only one of my housemates.

I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in our share house from July 4th until August 28th while I'm away on a rural placement.
The house has 4 bedrooms and is currently home to myself and my three Canadian housemates, who are all dentistry students at the University of Sydney. While I'll be away, the other three guys will still be living in the house, so you'll be sharing the space with them. They're all between 26–28 years old, very friendly, easy-going, and respectful.
Because we're all on clinical placements, the house is generally pretty quiet during the week, as we're usually out from around 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. On weekends, the guys are typically out with friends or staying active around Sydney, whether that's going to the gym, golfing, playing tennis, or exploring the city.
We also take pride in keeping the house clean, tidy, and relaxed, so we're looking for someone who will respect the space and be a good fit for the household.
Ideally, I'd love to find someone who can stay for the entire period (July 4 – August 28), but I'd also consider someone looking for a stay of at least one month.
