This two-bedroom Balmain apartment has incredible sprawling views of White Bay/Darling Harbour and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Almost every morning you are guaranteed a stunning sunrise.

Quite possibly the best perk of living here is that I travel interstate a lot for work, so quite often you'll have the apartment to yourself. I'm probably away from Sydney around 50% of the time.

The apartment is very short walking distance to the bus stop for easy access to the city, and if you drive the apartment is just minutes from the Anzac bridge.

There are cafes, a corner store, pubs, shops, gyms and restaurants also within walking distance.

The large room is partly furnished but feel free to do what you wish with it. I'd like you to make the apartment yours, too. Listed because my wonderful flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend.
