Hello friends! I have a long-term room in a gorgeous Balmain/Birchgrove unit available 29th of May for 1 other person, living just with me overlooking the harbour 🙂
Bright, sunny and súper cozy unit a 7 minute walk to Darling street, 15 mins bus to the City, 15 mins drive to Newtown, and right near the ferry to Circular Quay/Opera House. The unit has water views with a harbour pool to swim in downstairs and very green leafy areas for walks/runs & picnics 🍃
The unit comes fully furnished so will only suit someone with minimal things. I’ll be working from home more so will need someone who works externally.
$375 Per week, 1X month bond. No couples sorry and no pets.
