Fully furnished 2 bedroom workman's cottage in Balmain, house light and airy. Wooden floorboards throughout. All white kitchen with a great island in centre of room, which can be moved for more space when entertaining.
Dining/sitting room flows from kitchen and sitting room. Outside laundry recently renovated. There is an outside area where you can sit under cover and relax. Have wonderful neighbours, surprisingly quiet area when you consider pub is a few minutes walk away.
Bus to city a couple of minutes walk from house and ferry about 8 minutes and takes about 15 minutes into Circular Quay.

I work at Circular Quay and catch ferry or bus, both around 15-20 mins into city. I live a busy lifestyle and am happy to connect and socialise, but if you prefer not, that is also OK.
