Beautiful three storey terrace house in the heart of Balmain!

Located just off Darling Street, the property is very close to public transport into the city - either a quick bus ride from just around the corner or a short walk to the Balmain wharf to catch the ferry. Darling Street is the main shopping destination in Balmain and is home to many of the best restaurants and bars in the suburb, and it is only a short walk from the property to local gyms, parks and supermarkets.

The property is full of large, light and airy spaces with a courtyard area just off the kitchen. The size of the property means that the bedrooms are all private and you will not be crowded! There are two full bathrooms, with the oversized downstairs bathroom having an abundance of storage space including a shower/bath. The upstairs bathroom also has a shower and toilet and more storage space. Having enough room will not be an issue in this house!

The kitchen has modern appliances including an oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with a gas stovetop.

We love this property and are sure if you come to inspect you will too. It has the character and charm of a large terrace house combined with an excellent location and roommates (if we do say so ourselves). We're looking for someone friendly who will fit well into our current lifestyle. We're pretty easygoing so we're happy to socialise as much or as little as you'd like. For us, the most important quality in a flatmate will be cleanliness - so as long as you are happy to clean up after yourself in the shared common areas such as the kitchen and bathrooms then there will no be problems! We're also not a big party house - in saying that we will have friends over for drinks and our family will come and visit occasionally but it never gets too rowdy. We're also more than happy for you to have friends over as long as everyone is respectful!
