We have a room available in our gorgeous flat in Balmain East with views of the harbour and the ANZAC bridge. Can sit in the living room and watch ferries go by! Pool shared with other units - but very few children which is lovely.
Open plan living/dining space with great natural light. Opens onto balcony which accesses shared lawn. It’s a quiet area, with lovely neighbours.
Bed 2 (on the floor plan) available. Built in wardrobe in room, shared bathroom. Bed and side table able to be purchased from outgoing housemate if wanted.
Great location 10 minute walk to ferry stop that goes directly to Barangaroo, and 5 minute walk to bus stop. Easy to get to the city, but far enough away that you don’t feel like you’re living in the rat race. Also a wonderful local pub only a 5 minute jaunt up the hill.

Ash works in visual merchandising, and is the strongest housemate 💪🏼. She works long hours Mon-Fri, and works on her own production company on the side.
We are looking for a similar aged professional, who does not WFH. We like to keep the home space feeling like home, not an office.
