This apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, main bedroom with ensuite (room for rent) plus 1 study for communal use. The entire apartment is fully tiled including bedrooms. Two balconies, a lot of natural light and fresh airflow in this unit. Double glazed windows. European style laundry with dryer. Decently sized kitchen, air conditioning in the lounge room.
The main bedroom with ensuite is fully furnished. I have also provided linen and towels, if needed. Communal use of all kitchen appliances already in the unit.

A little bit about myself, I have a corporate job working full time in the city. Because I work long hours, I value quiet time during the week. I enjoy being active and going to the gym, also an avid hiker. I have travelled to a lot of countries, this is one of my passions. I am a movie and documentary fanatic. I find peace and solace reading, learning, gardening and putting on some good tunes. I also enjoy having a few wines and spending time with friends :)
