Hello, I'm Charlie, a 26 year old queer individual who considers themselves a pretty chill and easy going person, and am just looking for some like-minded people to share the space (and rent) with. I'm a bit more of a homebody, with most of my time spent either working or chilling in my room playing video games.

My current roommate is moving out of our apartment to be closer to work and I'm looking for either a couple or two individuals to take his space and the extra room.

I have a 3 year old cat named Latte who is alright with other cats if properly introduced and socialised. The lease allows for two cats in total on the property so I am open to those with a cat but won't be allowed to accept dogs or those with two or more cats, apologies.

Anyone who is respectful and considerate of the space and others in the home. I'm happy to be sociable but it's not a requirement if you are just looking for a space to live, I just require someone who is good at communicating if there are any issues or concerns. Must be queer friendly, and has no issues with living with a cat.
