The house is a very large 5 bedroom & 2.5 Toilet based stand-alone home with a massive back garden + storage shed
There are 4 occupants at present my wife, 5 yr old son, existing tenant and myself (4ppl) all up and 2 Puppies
The house is a very clean, spacious and nestled close to Windsor Road, Shopping Centre (The Grove 1.3km) and public transport.

I work in the Automobile industry, my wife works in Childcare, and the existing tenant is a retiree (Ex Car Mechanic/ Handy Man). We both work Mon-Fri and I work 2 days from home. We are all very laid back, sociable and easy going
