Friendly and sociable household, don't mind a drink ( a drink means 1 or 2 standard drinks) and a laugh- we have a pool table Respectfull of sleep and space
Close to Warringah Mall and B-line buses, easy walk if you like, 10 15 mins.
Mall also has a Park and ride facility, if you don't have a car we have free pushbike included or electric pushbike $40pw for flatmates use at minimal expense or a motorbike to rent for $80 pw if you have a licence for getting around.
The house is massive with a big private backyard with a chill out area, fishpond, creek, heaps of nature- wildlife corridor to Alenby park. unlimited off. Shared off street parking for motorbike/ scooter/ pushy
