Hi, I'm Laurence 24yr old male. I run a home-based pet care business and spend most of my time working with dogs, so the house is a good fit for someone who enjoys animals and a relaxed environment. The business is my passion and life goal to grow and help in the dog world so this is my #1.

I'm easygoing, reliable and generally keep things tidy and organized. Home is fairly quiet, and I value people who are respectful, communicate well and are happy sharing a clean space with others.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, gardening and spending time outdoors. There are always plenty of dogs around, so being comfortable with animals is important(dogs are limited to the bottom floor/backyard. Advertised room will not interact with dogs unless you go out to.)

For the right person, there is also the opportunity for some paid work helping with dogs, cleaning, gardening and general household tasks. This isn't required, but it can be a great way to earn some extra income if interested.

I'm looking for someone who is responsible, considerate and wanting a comfortable, drama-free home.

Rhaian is 25 yr old male living with his girlfriend in the master bedroom. He enjoys tech, cars and gaming. Studying IT in Uni currently.

Lachlan is 25 yr old male, working as a carpenter, bike riding and caring for his cat, snakes & spiders.

Jordan is 27yr old male, enjoys gaming, pop culture and general all round nerd. Works as a part time dog walker.

Overall we are a calm & openminded home enjoying occasional boardgame, movie or firepit but usually we like our space to wind down. I am the most social by far and happy to chat and hangout whenever time fits.

We are looking for someone who wants more than just a room and is interested in being part of a friendly household. The home is made up of long-term friends and family with different personalities, interests and backgrounds, so being open-minded and respectful is important. Conversations and differing opinions are fine, but we value getting along far more than trying to win arguments.

Most of the house enjoys a drink from time to time, but no one abuses substances. The safety and wellbeing of the dogs are a top priority, so anything that could put them at risk is not welcome in the home.

We value people who care about themselves, their surroundings and those around them. Good personal hygiene, cleaning up after yourself, helping maintain shared spaces and treating both people and animals with kindness are all important to us. We try to create a home that feels close and welcoming rather than simply a place where strangers happen to live together.

Being social isn't required, but you're always welcome to join in for a drink, movie night, firepit or other gatherings. We appreciate people who are proactive and take pride in the home, whether that means cleaning something that needs doing, letting someone know about an issue or simply helping keep things running smoothly. We have a kitchen roster to share responsibilities fairly, but there are many small ways everyone contributes to making the house enjoyable.

Ideally, we'd love someone who enjoys dogs and may be interested in helping with them from time to time. Paid work is available for the right person, and depending on how things develop, there is potential for this to grow into regular work or even a full-time role in the future.

Lots of pets in this house but its not wild and chaos. The top/3rd floor has 6 non-venomous snakes in glass enclosures, lachlands pet spider in glass enclosure in his room/cupboard, a cat named Bella limited to the top floor.

Middle floor is free of pets but we do have a large fish tank we are planning to add a turtle to soon

On the bottom floor is the dogs that we foster/board. Most of the time they are pretty quiet as they are supervised here 24/7 and only make noise when playing usually. Someone who doesnt like dogs/animals wont be comfortable here though as that is a very big part of the household. All dogs are friendly and love the attention.
