Comfortable 5 BR House with one furnished room with a King Single size bed for one person to use, own bathroom in a quiet lefty cul- de sac in Bella Vista – see photos.
This room faces South ( cool in summer), looking out into the quiet backyard.

Weekly rent is inclusive of all bills such as electricity, gas, internet, water and an external professional house cleaning service in your room, which is about $ 40/week in total ).

This house has a fully ducted central reverse air conditioning for comfort for summer and winter months.
There is a spacious desk 1.8 metres x1.8 m and 750 cm deep if you need to work after work hours.
NOTE: There is a built in wardrobe and a white 6 drawers tall boy in this room: - see photo. Therefore, a minimalist is preferred.
You have access to a well equipped kitchen, fridge, family room, TV room, patio, washing machine, laundry , rotary hoist clothes line, a separate bathroom to use.
We are committed working Christians in 50’s, empty nesters, looking for someone to house share. Our professional background is in IT and allied health.
Our interests: history, science, literature, travelling, music, sports, cycling, swimming, healthy eating, cooking, calligraphy, photography, drawing, playing piano and reading.

House location: 2.5 km to Hills Song Church, Norwest Shopping centre ( 20 mins on foot), 3 mins by car, 4 mins on foot to a bus stop

Transport :-
3 mins drive Norwest Metro Train Station going to Castle Hill, Chatwood, Macquarie University, CBD.
4 mins walk to a bus stop to 613 X (express bus to CBD (40 mins travel time), 30 mins trip to Chatswood or 15 mins Parramatta/ Castle Hill/ Blacktown.
Alternatively, 7 mins drive to Seven Hills Train station, park your car and travel to CBD.
Quiet and safe on the street parking in cul- de sac.

We are looking for a honest and responsible person ( no couple) , non smoking, no extensive cooking with mature outlook, clean and tidy, look after this house as if it was yours and able to maintain cleanliness.
This house has a very high level of hygiene standard as I work in the hospital and cannot be sick myself with any contagious illness ( eg COVID). There is a domestic helper engaged to clean the house regularly, but we need to clean up after use during his absence.
4 weeks bond.
