My beautiful room in Bellevue Hill is available for sublet for 2 months confirmed and rolling month to month there after.
I’m looking for an aligned person (female preferred but not essential) who is calm, kind, clean, considerate, gentle & who appreciates a quiet home life.
You would be sharing with the loveliest, kindest housemate there ever was; Anwar and his gentle giant dog Costo; a beautiful dog, who mostly sleeps all day. Anwar works from home roughly 2 days a week.
Anwar and I have created a sanctuary of a space here & looking for a like minded person who would like to call this home for a few months. We would love someone who has the mindset that home is a calm, serene place to come home to.
The unit is in a gorgeous art deco building, top floor, north facing- meaning it is bathed in sunlight all day AND features the most incredible sunset views. There is a shared back garden (no one else seems to use but us) and a swimming pool! Situated in Bellevue Hill; one of the the most stunning neighbourhoods in Sydney.
Our home is on the gorgeous Bellevue Road, a five minute drive to Bondi, a two minute drive to Double Bay and Rose Bay and a 7 minute drive to Paddington.
We have a large fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with a shower with amazing pressure, a light filled living room- which has views of treetops and the city. The bedroom is cosy with 3 large windows which feels like you’re nestled in the treetops! The bedroom furniture will stay- a queen sized bed (with 4 huge under bed storage draws), chest of draws, full length mirror, clothing rack; some bedding negotiable. Rent is $475 per week bills included (deposit one month). Rent is potentially negotiable for someone happy to rent month to month.
There is on street parking available out the front and down the street, or bus stops within minutes walk of the house.
I’m looking for some who will respect the space and treat it like a home; for someone to treat the space with the love that we treat it. You must be clean, love dogs, have great communication skills and have calm life, this is not a party house.
