I am looking to rent the master bedroom that comes with its own ensuite to a single person only (no couples) young professional aged between 20 years old to 40ish years old. The private room is furnished with a comfortable pillow topper single bed, study desk and chair the room has a very large built in wardrobe however you are welcome to bring bedroom furnisher if you prefer. I am also happy to purchase a bar fridge for the room for more privacy.
The rent is $290 per week plus Bills. You will need to pay 2 weeks rent in advance plus 2 weeks rent as a bond.
