Very easy to share and still have your space and privacy
Everything here, hot water , washing machine , fridge etc. big plus is it is much bigger than other share places with a bigger room than average
Able to fit your own furnishings also if you have some , otherwise room is furnished and sun block materials will be on the window but not in the photo
If you require something else in terms of furniture , ask and I'll most likely have it
