The place is very spacious, fully furnished, clean, always looked after and very much loved.

It is located in Beverly Hills, 8 minute walk to train station (airport, city circle line - 25 minutes to Central station), a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants, excellent connections to Roselands and Hurstville shopping centres.

$270 per week each room or $520 for the entire unit.

The place is very spacious, fully furnished, clean, always looked after and very much loved.

You can have the entire place to yourself or rent one of the rooms.

It is located in Beverly Hills, 8 minute walk to train station (airport, city circle line - 25 minutes to Central station), a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants, excellent connections to Roselands and Hurstville shopping centres.
