The room is available immediately. The price for the room is $400 bills included. We have 2 garage spaces available. If you have a car and would like a secure parking spot, there is an additional $50 fee for the garage space on top of the rent. You would be sharing the garage with my partner, who also has a car. The room includes a gas lifting double frame and mattress, completely new and just purchased, a bedside table, and a 2-door built-in wardrobe. The room also features a big window with a flyscreen, allowing for plenty of natural light and fresh air.
