• 10 minutes by bus to Bexley North Station (bus stop practically on the corner)
• Easy access to both stations 🚉

• You will share the bathroom with only one person (a very clean and quiet boy)

• Garage
• First floor: fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet, spacious living & dining area, laundry, and a backyard with a hot tub spa 🫧 (you can use it anytime!)
• Top floor: bedrooms, Gustavo has his own room, so you’ll only share the bathroom with him
👦 About the Housemates:
• Gustavo (my cousin): works and studies, is rarely home, and loves movies and gaming
• My husband (Eder) and I: we love watching movies, playing board games at home, having a good laugh, and creating a light and friendly environment. We both work a lot, and I often work from home on my computer

I usually work from home on my computer most days, but I also need to go to the office sometimes, so I don’t really have a fixed routine.
My husband, Eder, works full-time during the day and is usually only home in the evenings, Monday to Friday (and sometimes Saturdays too).
Gustavo is my cousin, he is 23 years old, and he has been living with us for over a year now. He’s a true gentleman, very respectful, a little shy, quiet, and keeps to himself, but he’s also very supportive and always happy to help others. He works a lot, so he doesn’t spend much time at home either.
To sum it up, we have a very peaceful and harmonious home. Our last flatmate, Wygner, lived with us for more than 2 years and is only leaving because he got a new job and needed to move closer to work.
We’re all very easygoing and supportive with each other. We enjoy coming home, chatting about our day, laughing, and creating a light and positive environment to forget the stress of daily life.
Sometimes we have game nights at home, we love playing board games, watching movies together, or simply having a nice relaxed dinner. So if you’re looking for a home with good energy, respect, and great people to live with, you’ll fit right in ❤️
Being friendly is definitely a plus, but if you prefer to keep to yourself and enjoy your own space, that’s completely fine too, no problem at all. We are very easygoing and respectful of everyone’s privacy and personal routine.
Overall, our home is always peaceful, calm, and drama-free. We really value harmony, mutual respect, and keeping a good atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable living together.
