I'v got a large, queen-sized private bedroom available in a clean and modern 3-bedroom home. The room is furnished with a bed, has a built-in wardrobe, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, desk, and even your own outdoor area. The bathroom is shared with a quiet young couple and the bedroom door has its own lock for privacy.

📍 Location: Only a 5-minute walk to buses, plus a shopping centre and service station nearby.

🏡 The House: Air-conditioning and heating in the living areas, dishwasher, washing machine, and a relaxed, tidy atmosphere. You’ll also have your own fridge space.

👫 Who you’ll live with: A respectful couple who work shifts and me so the house is usually calm and not a party place.

💰 Rent: $300 per week — no extra bills
🔑 Bond: Negotiable
📅 Available from: 15 February 2026 (6+ months preferred)
We do have animals, so you’ll need to be comfortable around them.
