A beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the exclusive Moreton building in Bondi - 7 minute walk to Bondi Beach and moments from shops, bars & restaurants of Bondi Road,

The building is pretty new so immaculate throughout with a lift, a building manager, 24 hour security, common garden with bbq facilities and all of the other residents are super nice and friendly. A great place to live!

The apartment is on the top floor so has amazing views of the ocean from both bedrooms & the balcony, the master bedroom has an en-suite so you’d have your own bathroom, there is an internal laundry with dryer, a super modern kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need, a huge balcony with outdoor furniture (great for afternoon sun baking) and the best part of the apartment is Rufus who is a 1.5 year old mini daschund puppy - he is so social, loves people, cuddles and other dogs.

There is one underground parking spot with the unit which I use, however, if you need parking, I know that there are some spots up for rent.

I work in the office Monday to Friday, 8:30am till late and I work Saturdays too so am out of the house most of the time.

Rufus is just the best and if you like dogs, you will adore him!

My current housemate moves out on 21st April so the room is available shortly after that.
