Short and long term welcome. Move in date flexible.
I have a room available in South Bondi/Tamarama, top floor apartment, with two balconies, view over the ocean, BBQ, wooden floors, modern bathroom, sunlit living room.

I have furnished the entire place except for the available room. Fits Queen Bed or Double if you want to put a desk in, has a large balcony and a built in wardrobe. Can be furnished.
Looking for someone chill, but also with whom we can have a chat and dinner once in a while but also independent.

Transport:
333 and 380 bus stop (to bondi junction or the city) below our building.

Beach & Fun:
5min from Bondi or Tamarama beach, cafe, shops, pub and restaurants.

I'm Alexandra, 35 (36 in a month - eek), French Russian background (I'm mostly French!).

I’m a Director at a Financial / Data company.

I've been in Sydney since 2018 and is where I feel home now.

I lived in Argentina, Spain and Denmark prior to that.

During the week, I'm pretty quiet and chill. Gym in the morning, coffee, walks, I keep healthy and chill. I do have late calls with work now and then.
I try to spend as much time outdoors when the weather allows it. Don’t mind a good couch chats with vino once in a while!

During the weekend, I'm quite social and would catch up with friends for activities. But I don’t party regularly, I’ll go for dinner and a couple of drinks to enjoy an early morning feeling fresh. I go to the occasional gigs now and then though when a good DJ or artist is in town, love dancing. But never bringing party home.

I love cooking for others, sometimes I organise dinner parties with friends especially during cold and dark winter times. So ideally, I'd love to find a housemate that would get along well and would love to join and make this apartment a cosy relaxing place to unwind after work.

Looking for someone quiet and respectful, the same way I am.

Also ideally the new housemate doesn’t work from home too often.
