The apartment is located on level 7 ano features a stunning ocean view with a private balcony.
The bus stop (routes 333, 380, 381) is literally right outside the gate, Woolworths is just across the road and the beach is only a 10min walk away.
No pets, no smoking, and no parties.
Cleanliness is extremely important to me ano is non-negotiable. I'm quite meticulous and I'm looking for someone who genuinely values living in a clean, tidy, and well-maintained home especially in all common
areas.
The room will be available form the 1st of April and I'm looking ideally for someone who can stay for at least 6 months.
