SINGLE ROOM from April 9,2024

Looking for a new flatmate (at least 3/6 months ) or short term is also acceptable. The apartment is really nice, sunlight, newly renovated and freshly painted.

Your room is unfurnished so you are the one who needs to furnished accordingly. We also moved recently.

So, if you are interested in moving onApril 9, please let me know about it so we can go for inspection.

We are 2 sisters and one younger brother( temporary stay) 👯‍♀️on 20s, mid 20s and teens . we all students and are working in a health sector so, we are mostly in our workplace . We are very flexible and easygoing person. We would like to have someone who is friendly, healthy, and maintain cleanliness strictly , pay rent on time, respectful and enjoy personal space . No pets and no smoking . No party in the house.

🌊 15 min bus drive to Bondi beach and Bondi Junction, 6min drive to Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction 🚘

💰Rent: $450 per week excluding bills + 2weeks rent Bond (just for security purposes )

♦️Moving date: 9th of April

♦️3/6-9 months stay/short/ long term-both are welcomed
