The apartment is located in a strategic location, near Woolworths, grocery shops, restaurants, cafes, park and beaches. (Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte at walking distance).
10 minutes to Bondi junction and train station by bus. Buses runs 24/7!. Also, easy access to UNSW by bus.
We will be sharing the Living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet room.
You are free to rearrange your room, you can bring your own bed if desired or a desk. You can fit a queen or double bed easily. At the moment has a single bed.
The apartment is old style, cozy and has a chill vibe., perfect to relax after a busy day.
You’ll be sharing with another female, Janet, who’s easy going and friendly, and my 10 yo son who is well-mannered and polite.
