🏠 Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large living area, beautiful kitchen with large island, and a nice balcony that gets amazing afternoon light! Honestly, I love this spot, couldn’t imagine letting it go, and can’t wait to share it with someone new!

🛋️ Furnishing will change as my roommate will take most of what you see in the pictures. I’ll be furnishing the apartment, so all should be squared away by the time you move-in.

🛌 Unfurnished room has inbuilt wardrobes on both walls, one of which has mirrors. The room gets lots of sunlight, but also has block-out shades. It can comfortably fit a queen size bed and other trimmings, as you can see from my old roommate’s setup.

🛁 Own large bathroom with shower, bath tub, and lots of space!

🅿️ Underground parking spot available, if you don’t want it, then we can see about renting it out to lower our costs! Motorbike secure parking available regardless.

📍Perfect location : 15min walk to Bondi Beach, 10min walk to Bondi Junction. Easy access to coastal walks, while also conveniently situated for the train, supermarkets, shopping, gyms, etc. at the Junction!

I’m Tina 👋🏽 28 originally from NZ then moved around a lot (US, Canada, UK, China), but have lived in Sydney on-and-off for 5 years now!

I am an AI & Data Consultant, so have pretty regular corporate work hours — and mostly WFH, and from the office 1-2 days a week.

I love the gym, staying healthy, going to performances, coastal walks, and a good wine or whisky!

Early riser and spend a good part of my day either working, doing life admin, or relaxing. I also travel overseas regularly and get out and about with friends during the weekend!

Have lived with housemates and love to strike a balance of being friends who laugh over a glass of wine on occasion but also respect sometimes people just need their space 😊
