I'm renting out my room while I'm back home visiting family in the UK. I'm away for the whole of June from the 30th May and the room is available for 5 months until the end of September, when you'll have opportunity for lease takeover and a new housemate as I'll be moving elsewhere.
You'll be staying in a stunning & huge flat in South Bondi - 2 mins from The Royal, 5 mins walk to Tamarama, 5 mins to South Bondi.
Very spacious 2 bed flat, with a balcony with ocean & sunset views, shared bathroom and big shared living space. Room has a queen bed & built ins.
You'd be living with a gorgeous English girl who's 31, we have a lovely cat called Pinot who's super friendly and generally outside a lot so will keep out of your way.
I love this flat - great location to city & beach life, would be looking for someone very clean and respectful - it's not a party house. Ideally a chilled girl to take the room!
